Responsibilities:

-Independently identify and approach potential clients and organizations to generate leads for various roles

Work closely with the recruitment team to understand the hiring needs of the company.

-Conduct on-site visits to different organizations to build relationships and generate leads for potential partnerships.

-Approach organizational contacts provided by the company in a face-to-face setting to generate potential leads.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and recruitment activities

-Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
