Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an FAE, you will be the primary technical resource for our customers, assisting them with integrating our embedded systems solutions into their products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Perform product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Create technical documentation such as application notes, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
• Fresher or experienced in embedded systems design and development.
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers, processors, and related peripherals.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and familiarity with embedded software development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as FAE, Sales Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with hardware design and schematic capture tools.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
