This position requires frequent travel to various project sites, ensuring that financial practices are consistently applied a. You will be responsible for training field staff on financial processes and systems, promoting best practices in financial management. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions for multiple field locations.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to management.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records and practices in the field.
• Collaborate with field managers to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Train field staff on financial processes and maintain best practices.
• Identify discrepancies and variances in financial data and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in a field or project-based environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
