Job Title: Fidelity Insurance Provider - E-Commerce Operations

Location: Pune, India

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable fidelity insurance provider to cover our e-commerce operations, including our warehouses and distribution centres. Our operations include prominent platforms such as Amazon EDSP and Flipkart ODH. The ideal provider will have a strong track record in offering comprehensive fidelity insurance solutions tailored to the unique risks of the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

Assessment and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough risk assessments of our e-commerce operations and warehouses.
• Analyze potential vulnerabilities within our logistics and supply chain, including Amazon EDSP and Flipkart ODH platforms.

Policy Design and Customization:

• Design and propose customized fidelity insurance policies that address specific risks associated with our e-commerce activities.
• Ensure policies cover fraud, theft, and other potential losses that could impact our operations.

Coverage and Compliance:

• Provide comprehensive coverage that includes protection against employee dishonesty, cyber fraud, and other relevant threats.
• Ensure all policies comply with local and international regulations and standards.

Claims Management:

• Offer efficient and transparent claims management services.
• Provide support and guidance throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and fair settlements.

Consultation and Support:

• Offer ongoing consultation to adapt coverage as our business and associated risks evolve.
• Provide regular updates and reports on risk management strategies and insurance performance.

Training and Education:

• Conduct training sessions for our staff on risk awareness and prevention.
• Develop and distribute educational materials to help our team understand and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in providing fidelity insurance for e-commerce businesses and warehouses.
• In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce industry, including platforms like Amazon EDSP and Flipkart ODH.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and mitigate potential risks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to design customised insurance solutions.
• Knowledge of local and international insurance regulations and compliance standards.
• Track record of efficient claims management and settlement.

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
