Job Description

We are hiring Fiber Optic Technicians to join our Internet services team. Preference will be given to local candidates who have completed ITI in IT/ Networking/ Electrical trade.

:

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI/10th/+2.
• Should have a two-wheeler.
• Basic Splicer Knowledge (Optional)
• Should be willing to work in flexible timings.
• Should have a flair for customer service.
• Ready to work in the field support team

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fault finding & rectification of field complaints in Optic Fiber Cable.
• Maintenance of fiber cable last-mile connectivity.
• Installation of the ONT/ OFC laying/ Installation of service.
• Customer premises up-gradation.
• Updating system.
• Responsibility Wi-Fi Router configuration/Switch configuration / Splicing / OTDR handling / Cable pulling ( On Field Job)

Other Information:

Reporting to: Manager
Remuneration: Rs 10,000 - Rs 12,000/month plus insurance and other benefits
Joining timeline: Immediate to 30 days.
