Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate IVF Staff Nurse to join our team at Jabalpur Hospital & Research Centre. The candidate will play a key role in supporting patients undergoing fertility treatments, providing both clinical and emotional support throughout their IVF journey. The role requires working closely with doctors, embryologists, and the rest of the fertility team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing IVF treatment, including educating patients about treatment plans and procedures.
• IVF Procedures Support: Assist doctors during egg retrieval, embryo transfers, and other fertility-related procedures.
• Medication Management: Administer IVF medications, including hormone injections, and ensure patients are following the correct protocols.
• Monitoring: Conduct regular monitoring of patients during IVF cycles, including blood tests, ultrasounds, and tracking of hormone levels.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between the patient and the clinical team to ensure clear communication regarding treatments, appointments, and follow-up care.
• Patient Education: Offer guidance and emotional support to patients, helping them understand their fertility treatment plan and prepare for each stage of the process.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and monitoring data.
• Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with hospital and IVF-specific regulations.
• Assistance with Lab Procedures: Coordinate with embryologists in handling gametes (eggs and sperm) and embryos as required.
• Post-Procedural Care: Provide post-treatment care, offering advice on post-embryo transfer precautions and monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent.
• Specialized training or experience in IVF and fertility care is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of fertility or women's health care.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide emotional support to patients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of fertility medications, protocols, and IVF procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
