Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Female Website Tele Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to provide information about our services and handle any inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, particularly in English, Hindi & Bengali .

Key Responsibilities:-

• Give a calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.

• Deliver scripted presentations and answer questions about our offerings.

• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services.

• Maintain records of calls, including customer information and call notes.

• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Requirements:-

• Female Business Consultant

• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant, or similar role.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office).

Preferred Skills:-

• Experience in sales or customer service.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
