Job Title : Female Warden

Experience : 2-3 Years

Job Summary :
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Female Warden to oversee the welfare and management of students residing in the hostel. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with children in grades 4 to 10 and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can create a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for the students.

Key Responsibilities
Student Welfare and Discipline :

• Ensure the well-being, safety, and discipline of the students in the hostel.
• Supervise students' daily routines, including study hours, meals, and recreational activities.
• Address students' personal and academic concerns with empathy and understanding.

Administrative Duties :

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, medical needs, and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with school authorities, teachers, and parents to address students' needs.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises.

Health and Safety :

• Ensure that students follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to any medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare providers if necessary.

Communication and Coordination :

• Act as a point of contact between the hostel, school administration, and parents.
• Communicate updates, concerns, or incidents to parents and school authorities in a timely manner.

Guidance and Support :

• Offer emotional support and guidance to students, especially those adjusting to hostel life.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages good behavior and camaraderie among students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in education, psychology, or social work will be an advantage.
• Experience : 2-3 years of experience as a Warden or in a similar role handling children in grades 4-10.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy and Patience : Ability to connect with children and manage their concerns effectively.
• Organization : Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
• Problem-Solving : Quick and effective decision-making abilities in challenging situations.

Requirements

• Availability : Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Relocation : Willingness to stay on the premises (if accommodation is provided).

Location- Bangalore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
