We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Hostel Warden with a strong academic background in Physics, Chemistry, Math, or Biology. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in one of these subjects and have at least 2 years of teaching experience. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, and maintaining discipline within the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel and ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents.
• Maintain discipline among the students and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
• Act as a mentor and guide for the students, providing them with academic and personal support.
• Monitor the health and well-being of the students, and take appropriate action in case of emergencies.
• Coordinate with other staff members and authorities to ensure the smooth functioning of the hostel.
• Manage hostel resources, including allocation of rooms and facilities.
• Address any issues or grievances raised by the students or their parents in a timely and effective manner.
• Organize and participate in hostel activities to promote a positive living and learning environment.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, Math, or Biology.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline and handle student-related issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to live on campus and be available for students during non-working hours.
