TRAINEE-SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Scan Holdings is a global Exporter of Metal Packaging (Tin Can Packaging), catering to a large customer base all over the world. Our customers are leading Companies in India and almost 35 countries across the globe.
Tin Can Packaging being sustainable is a growing industry finding more users across the World. To take advantage of this development, the Company intends to expand its team and hire additional team to grow the business.
The company is recruiting 'Sales and Marketing Executive' to manage and build export sales for our key products. This will include key account management, business development, customer relationship building, follow ups and negotiations. Female candidates preferred with fluent English, good business communication skills, confident and pleasing personality, capability and confidence of handling Sales and Marketing/Business development/Client relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
2. Ability to convert leads to order.
3. Communicate to understand customer needs and push our products to increase Sales.
4. Attend industry events, gatherings, exhibitions to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Confidence to handle customers, negotiate and convince for Sales.
6. Candidates keen to travel will get opportunities to travel internationally and domestic for meeting clients and increase business.
Qualification: Graduate (English Honors, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Business management, Mass Communication, Any other Specialization); and, or Post Graduate - On Campus degree with first division from any reputed college.
Salary: 1.75L to 3L Per Annum depending on qualification, skills and experience.
