Job Description

We are seeking a

female Telecaller

for an

E-commerce Vendor Management Project

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

communicating with vendors

, onboarding new partners, and assisting in the management of vendor relationships. This role requires excellent

communication skills

, the ability to handle

vendor queries

, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing vendors for onboarding and relationship management. Explain

e-commerce processes, terms, and policies

to vendors. Assist vendors in completing

registration, documentation, and compliance requirements

. Handle

inbound queries

from vendors and resolve their concerns promptly. Coordinate with internal departments for

inventory updates, order management, and logistics

. Maintain accurate records of vendor communications and progress reports. Ensure

vendor satisfaction

by providing timely updates and support. Meet daily/weekly

calling targets

and

onboarding goals

. Provide feedback and suggestions for

improving vendor engagement processes

.

Requirements:

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English, Hindi, etc.. Previous experience in

telecalling, customer support, or vendor management

is preferred. Familiarity with

e-commerce platforms

and vendor operations. Strong

interpersonal skills

with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships. Ability to handle

multiple tasks and meet deadlines

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and CRM tools. Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment

with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

. 1+ years of experience in

telecalling or e-commerce operations

. Knowledge of

vendor onboarding processes

in leading e-commerce platforms is a plus.
