We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our IT products and services.

- Identify and qualify sales leads through research and phone interactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Present and demonstrate the value of our IT solutions.

- Follow up on leads and close sales.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in tele sales or similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to build rapport over the phone.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Basic understanding of IT products and services.

- Proficiency in CRM software.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
