Talking over the phone with potential clients, getting to know their needs, and convincing them to buy our goods or services are all part of this job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and present our products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in [Language(s)].

Salary: ?13000 - 15000 per month + incentives
