Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients.
• Customer Outreach: Contact prospects and present our services.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into customers.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records and report on sales performance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams on strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
