Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our IT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding their needs.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide detailed product information and handle inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads.
- Keep accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our company\'s offerings.
- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of IT products and services.
