Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce financial investment services.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored investment solutions.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about financial products and services.
• Schedule appointments for senior advisors or relationship managers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
