We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer relations. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our construction services and projects.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for site visits and meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective clients to provide additional information and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. (Compulsory)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of construction services will be an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
