Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic female Telecaller to join our team for an exciting E-commerce Vendor Management project. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in reaching out to and managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and resolving any queries or issues that may arise. You will be responsible for liaising between vendors and our internal teams to maintain efficient processes and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to e-commerce vendors to introduce our services and manage vendor partnerships. Handle inbound calls from vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with vendors to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products and services. Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring that all vendor data is up to date in the system. Follow up on pending issues or requests and ensure effective resolution. Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors, as well as follow up on contractual matters. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and marketing to ensure vendor needs are met efficiently. Provide excellent customer service to vendors, fostering strong relationships and building trust.

Skills and Qualifications

:

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in telecalling, e-commerce, or vendor management is a plus. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and processes is preferred.
