Flixah Developers is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated

Female Telecaller

to become a valuable part of our customer service team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in

Telugu, Hindi, and English

, with a strong ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for both inbound and outbound customer calls, where you will provide essential information about our services, assist with inquiries, and resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who can effectively build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle both

incoming and outgoing customer calls

with clarity and professionalism Provide accurate, detailed, and relevant information about our services Assist customers in addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints while offering solutions in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and queries in our system Strive to meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets for calls, customer satisfaction, and service quality Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer care in every interaction

Requirements:

Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English

is mandatory Previous experience in

telecalling

or

customer service

is preferred, though not mandatory Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle challenging customer situations with

patience, empathy, and professionalism

Comfortable working in a

target-driven environment

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near

Santosh Nagar, Karmanghat

, and surrounding areas
