About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic Female Telecaller to join our team at Notion Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. in Bhopal. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in a blended process , focusing on customer inquiries, policy renewals, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle telephonic conversations with potential and existing clients.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely customer support.
• Maintain customer data and update records.
Qualifications :
• Prior experience in a BPO or telecalling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and concerns efficiently.
