Job Title: Female Telecaller

We are hiring a motivated Female Telecaller fluent in Gujarati , Hindi, Marathi, and English to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will engage with customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and skilled in managing client interactions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
• Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, and English based on client preferences.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information about the company's offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, and English .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
