Female Telecaller Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, resolve queries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a wide range of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide information.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
• Maintain a customer database and update records with relevant information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: 2 years of experience in telecalling / Fresher Also Can Apply
• Language Known : Hindi & Basic English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
