We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller with a proven track record in selling educational courses, website design and development services, digital marketing packages, or dealing with vendors. Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell educational courses, website design and development services, or digital marketing packages.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to generate interest and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service in relevant industries such as education, digital marketing, or web development.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus.
