Job Summary: The Backend Support role is an integral part of the company's operations and customer service department. As a Backend Support staff member, you will work behind the scenes to ensure the smooth functioning of various processes and provide essential assistance to front-end teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders, requests, and inquiries received via different channels (email, phone, etc.).
Enter and maintain accurate data in the company's database or backend system.
Coordinate with other internal teams to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and update reports related to backend operations and customer support activities.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to products or services.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation if necessary.
Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
