Looking for an energetic, dynamic, smart talker for the position of a Tele Sales Officer at our office to join our team and contribute to the success of Square and Angle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and converting leads into sales through effective communication skills. This role will also involve making cold calls, handling front desk, going for field visits if & when required, and providing support to sales in or outside Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our interior design services. (Learned,Correct Language and bold talk, alive persuasive talker.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to generate interest and secure sales appointments.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide information about our company and services.
• Make cold calls to generate new leads and expand the client base, database mining.
• Assist with front desk tasks, including greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
• Provide administrative support in various office tasks as needed.
• Punctuality and orderliness in arrangements day to day.
• Ready to accept new Outdoor assignments and work open minded to explore more.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of interior design concepts is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with office administrative tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including email communication and data entry, Excel.
• Language Fluency in English, Hindi, Bangla and another Regional Language (If Known).
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Availability to work during regular office hours.
