Job Position: Tele Marketing Associate

Role Overview:

As a Tele Marketing Associate - Intern at BuildForce Realty, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and supporting our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce BuildForce Realty and our services.
• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads based on predefined criteria.
• Data Entry: Accurately recording and updating customer information in our CRM system.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries from potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• A good Professional Personality
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is required.
