Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Telecalling cum Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales for our IT products. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, so excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Telecalling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our IT products and services.
• Sales: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features and benefits of the company's IT products and services.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, track progress against sales targets, and update CRM systems.
• Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and to upsell or cross-sell additional products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the IT sector.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [insert required languages].
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proactive: Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Pay: ?8,767.58 - ?12,000.00 per month
