Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused female telecallers to join our team at Sristar Gold Company. The ideal candidates will be fluent in Kannada, with preference given to those who know other South Indian languages (such as Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) and English. The role involves engaging with customers over the phone, providing information about our services, and building relationships to drive customer satisfaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our gold-related services.
• Provide detailed information about the company's offerings and address customer inquiries.
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Achieve individual and team targets set by the management.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates who know additional South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
