We are seeking a confident and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, managing customer interactions, and achieving sales targets through effective communication. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound & Inbound Calls:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information or support to callers.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding customer needs.
• Schedule appointments or follow-ups with interested clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build rapport with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales & Follow-ups:

• Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services or attend events.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into sales or engagements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
