Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team for day shift(Ahmedabad location). The Telecaller will be responsible for making inbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

1) Contact potential leads provided by the company or existing customers to inform them about our service and schedule appointments.

2) Follow-up on the leads via mail, call, text messages on a daily basis.

3) Answer calls from customers and schedule appointments.

4) Maintain a positive and professional demeanour towards customers at all times.

5) Accurately record details of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the company's CRM system.

6) Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.

7) Follow the company's communication scripts and guidelines.

8) Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection regulations

9) Participate in training sessions to enhance telecalling skills.Maintaining Data in Google Docs.

11) Experience- More than 1 year in Tele-Caller or relevant position

12) Gujarati is mandatory

13) Candidates who have done Telesales or In person sales

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
