Job Summary :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging, supportive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. The teacher will be expected to deliver lessons that are fun, interactive, and aligned with the school's educational framework. The position requires a nurturing and patient attitude to meet the needs of each student and encourage a love for learning from an early age.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons for Pre-Primary and Primary school students, based on the curriculum and school guidelines.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, self-expression, and respect for others.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, to engage children in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods to ensure individual learning needs are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in regular meetings to discuss student progress, school activities, and professional development.
• Communicate with parents about their child's development and needs through regular updates, meetings, and reports.
• Promote social, emotional, and behavioral development by using appropriate strategies and techniques.
• Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, field trips, and events that enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Valid teaching certification .
• Proven experience teaching young children (Pre-Primary and Primary levels).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development and educational strategies for early childhood.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and adaptability in lesson planning and teaching.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred :

• Previous experience in a similar role or teaching environment.
• Knowledge of modern educational technology and teaching tools.
• Experience working in a multicultural or diverse environment.
