Celebrations - a well-known Bakery, Florist, and Decor store in Lucknow - is hiring a female Store Manager who is confident, organized, and experienced in Tally and accounting. If you're a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound/outbound telecalling with fluent English

Handle customer queries and walk-in clients

Perform accounting tasks using Tally software

Maintain day-to-day store accounts and records

Ensure smooth functioning of store operations

Provide excellent customer experience with a positive attitude

Requirements:

Only female candidates should apply

Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime)

Good command of English (speaking & writing)

Experience in customer service or telecalling preferred

Basic knowledge of accounting

Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
