For You \xe2\x97\x8f Salary structure - 3,60,000 p.a. - 4,20,000 p.a. \xe2\x97\x8f Added Bonus - Monthly Sales and Target Incentive Bonuses. \xe2\x97\x8f Performance-based Salary Growth - is given every 6 months and is evaluated with a set PMS -Performance Measurement System. \xe2\x97\x8f Training Sessions - Store policies, Operational SOPs, Product knowledge-related training, Client relations training, SOPs and added sales tools. \xe2\x97\x8f We do promote candidates internally. Core Responsibilities 1. Planning - Monthly roosters, staffing, target allocation, customer reach out. 2. Delegating - Stock placement, in-floor presentation, day-to-day follow-ups, reportc generation. 3. Controlling- Team strength, till flow, petty cash, weekly replenishments. 4. Organizing - Daily team meetings, product and sales training and end-of-month reports. 5. Motivating - Discussing individual targets, tracking sales records and celebrating achievements. Qualification Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Confident Female - 28 - 40 years of age \xe2\x97\x8f Education qualifications - Graduate and above \xe2\x97\x8f Languages - English, Hindi and any other regional language. \xe2\x97\x8f Computing skills - must have the knowledge and ability to use the computer and new technology swiftly. (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets, POS software) \xe2\x97\x8f Experience - Minimum 3 years experience in retail and 1-year experience as Store Manager. Preference will be given to candidates who: \xe2\x97\x8f Have earlier worked in women\'s ethnic wear brands. \xe2\x97\x8f Store locations Borivali (w) live within 15km/1hr distance from the store location. \xe2\x97\x8f Have studied management, fashion or retail. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types:
