Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Spa Treatments:
• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Client Consultation:
• Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs, medical conditions, and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and home care routines.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Hygiene:
• Ensure that treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are sanitized and maintained according to spa standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Product Knowledge and Sales:
• Be knowledgeable about spa products and recommend them to clients.
• Upsell spa services and products to enhance the client's experience.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other spa therapists and team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain Records:
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
• Update client profiles regularly and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Continuing Education:
• Stay updated on the latest spa therapies, techniques, and trends.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.
• Equipment and Inventory Management:
• Ensure all spa equipment is in good working order.
• Monitor inventory levels of products and request orders when necessary.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy or Massage Therapy:
• Completion of a recognized spa therapy or massage therapy program.
• Specialized certifications in various treatments (e.g., aromatherapy, reflexology) are advantageous.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 Years of Experience in a Spa or Wellness Center:
• Prior experience working in a spa or wellness environment, providing a variety of treatments.
• Experience in Different Modalities:
• Proficiency in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, Thai) and other spa services.
• Customer Service Experience:
• Experience in handling clients, understanding their needs, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Spa Products:
• Familiarity with a wide range of skincare and wellness products used in spa treatments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
