The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:HR Management: -Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. -Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements. -Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts effectively. -Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff. -Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs. -Monitor and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Administrative Duties: -Ensure efficient office operations, including supply management, maintenance, and IT coordination. -Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure productivity. -Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective administrative practices. -Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. -Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
