We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven experience in sales, with a passion for building relationships, meeting targets, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay updated on industry trends to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

- Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our products/services.

- Negotiation & Closing : Handle negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

- Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience : Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales (prior experience in furniture is a plus).

- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

- Customer -Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

- Time Management : Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Tech Savvy : Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related software.

Additional Requirements:

- Gender: Female (as per organizational needs)

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Freshers: Not allowed, applicants must have prior sales experience (3-4 years minimum).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
