Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle client inquiries, provide domain-related support, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, particularly in English, Hindi & Bengali .

Key Responsibilities:-

• Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients regarding domain registration, renewals, and services.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable domain names and hosting plans tailored to their needs.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

• Educate clients about domain-related products, services, and promotional offers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to address complex customer queries.

Qualifications:-

• Proven experience in a customer service or tele sales role (preferably in IT or domain services).

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

• Basic knowledge of website domains, hosting, and related services is an advantage.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Give a calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.

• Deliver scripted presentations and answer questions about our offerings.

• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services.

• Maintain records of calls, including customer information and call notes.

• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

• Any Graduate (B.Tech background will be Preferred)

• Knowledge in Website selling will be a good fit

Preferred Skills:-

• Experience in sales or customer service.

• Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
