Female Sales Executives
Job Description
Sales :
• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide detailed information about the sweets, pricing, and packaging options.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Actively promote and upsell products to meet daily sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of all the shop's offerings, including new arrivals and special promotions.
• Encourage customers to try samples and make additional purchases.
Shop Maintenance :
• Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Arrange products attractively to encourage sales.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Minimum Intermediate education (12th grade).
• Strong communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
• Ability to work long hours (12 hours per day).
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
