Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive conversions for our online training courses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping learners advance their careers through professional training programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proactively connect with potential learners through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to explain course offerings and convert leads into enrollments.
• Understand the needs and career goals of prospective learners and provide tailored guidance to help them choose the right training programs.
• Regularly follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates and build strong relationships with potential learners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Gather feedback from learners to improve the sales process and course offerings.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell training programs and value-added services like certifications or career support.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Telecaller, or similar role in the EdTech or online training industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online sales processes.
• Basic knowledge of trending technologies like AI, Data Science, and Cloud Computing is an added advantage .
