Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right Ayurvedic products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, including benefits and usage instructions, to customers.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's billing system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with the product range and promotions to answer customer queries effectively.
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Candidates with prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry will be a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Basic computer skills to operate the billing system and inventory software.
- Passion for Ayurvedic products and knowledge of their benefits (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
