Job Description
Required Female Sales Executive for a jewellery retail showroom. Knowledge-related sales at jewellery showroom is added advantage.
Responsibilities -
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on showroom's product details
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- To ensure customer delight in each sale.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
- Candidate should Smart to understand needs of customers.
Skills Required -
Candidate should have good communication skills. should be fluent in Hindi and English.
Minimum 1 year in sales & Customer service required. Freshers Can Also Apply.
Ability to sell, Self-motivated and driven by targets.
