1. JOB PURPOSE
To conduct sales activities for the company's projects.
To coordinate communication with new prospective clients and help increase company's business from existing clients.
To support the Sales Manager and Sales Head with marketing of projects to new clients.
2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Attend to client visits at the site. Ensure all the relevant details of the lead are entered in the system.
2. Prepare the client engagement plan for the leads assigned by marketing team in consultation with Sales Manager, including client visits/calls with their dates and agenda. Record the details discussed with the clients.
3 Conduct background check on target clients/leads to evaluate sale potential and risks and provide feedback to Sales Manager.
4 Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly follow-up task list and follow up on all leads/prospective clients. Enter the details of the follow-up in the system. Update the next follow-up date/stage if the lead is still active or close the lead with relevant justification.
3 Process cancellation process as advised by management team. Ensure that the client feels comfortable and that all necessary details are taken care of.
5 Establish active communication and engagement with marketing & sales team to ensure that leads are responded to and orders are processed on time.

Attend daily status calls and weekly/monthly team meetings to assess status of various leads and initiatives in the company.
6 Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's offerings.

Internal
Constant interaction with in-house marketing, sales, projects and services teams regarding day-to-day activities, status reporting, client escalations and general administration.
May have to interact with heads of departments and director of the company regarding status reporting.
External
Heavy interaction with clients with respect to leads. Will have to attend calls/meetings with clients frequently on behalf of the company, with or without assistance from Sales Manager.

5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

The jobholder will be working from site for most of the time.
He/she may have to visit client offices/sites for the purpose of meetings, discussions etc.
He/she must be ready to travel sparingly, 2-3 days a month. Travel may include overnight stay and overnight journeys.
The jobholder will have to travel & visit Vaibhav offices and project sites, for gathering information on site details, services and other factors.
The jobholder will have to maintain strong relationship and collaborate with Marketing & Sales team.
The jobholder will have work under pressure, managing strict SLAs, tight timelines and accurate data.

7. QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE

Qualification & Education:
A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Commerce/Engineering or higher from a recognized university is recommended.
Specialization/certification in Marketing/Business Development/Sales management is a plus.
Experience:
2+ years of on-site sales, marketing and business development experience in Real Estate industry.
Training & Knowledge:
Familiarity with marketing tools, approaches, processes and procedures
