Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.

2. Client Greeting: Welcome clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.

3. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

4. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.

5. Interior Designing Company Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of interior designing company operations to provide informed support.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist in an interior designing company or a similar industry.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

4. Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
