We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced female receptionist to join our team in the cosmetics industry. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle all incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
• Manage correspondence, including emails and postal mail
• Maintain a neat and inviting reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Collect and process payments from clients
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• 5.6 + Height preferred
• Age- 28+
• Well Groomed and Presentable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred
Experience - 4 to 6 years
Location - Nirman Vihar, Delhi
Salary - 18k- 27k per month
