We are looking for a dynamic and minimun one year experienced individual to join our team as a telecaller and help drive our continued success. As a professional in telecalling, you will be generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and reaching sales targets. We are seeking a candidate with a proven telecalling track record and a strong skill in building positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Initiating cold calls to potential clients to promote our projects
- Meeting sales objectives by effectively communicating the features and advantages of our projects.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster long-term connections.
- Keeping abreast of project information, pricing, and promotions to provide precise details to customers.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Engaging in follow-up calls to cultivate leads and convert potential customers into actual customers.

Qualifications:-

- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum one years of previous experience as a tele caller or in a comparable position.

-Strong business communication abilities

-Good Command in English and Hindi

- Proficiency with MS word and MS Excel

- Capability to manage high-pressure situations and perform well in a fast-paced setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
