Job Title: Personal Secretary Job Overview: Need a smart, bold, openminded personal secretary for assisting me in client meeting, site visit & attending calls, mails, business development, client pitching and meetings. Looking for a trustworthy, responsible, dedicated, intelligent female Candidate who can travel with me for all work, and cooperative candidates only need. Generate Lead and Follow them for visit and Process. No target, Permanent job must be decent, open minded & of bold nature. Must be Ready to be with the Boss as a Companion. Office time for all other staff is 10 to 7, Sunday Holiday, but for Personal Secretary, someday till 8.30pm in every week Conservative mindset people don \'t apply. As a personal secretary, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to an individual, assisting them with daily tasks to ensure effective management of their time and activities. Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events on behalf of the individual. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the individual, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Documentation: Prepare and manage documents such as reports, presentations, and agendas. Information Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information. Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, and colleagues. Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects and tasks as directed. Problem Solving: Handle administrative issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role. Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant certification is a plus. Working Conditions: Typically office-based, but may involve occasional travel or remote work. Requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate the individual\xe2\x80\x99s schedule.
