- Documentation & Records Management

- Updates and maintains accurate patient files.

- Ensures compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

- Care Coordination

- Facilitates referrals to specialists or external services.

- Supports communication between providers and patients.

- Billing & Insurance Assistance

- Collects co-payments and addresses billing concerns.

- Liaises with insurance companies for approvals.

- Customer Service Focus

- Resolves patient complaints and ensures satisfaction.

- Fosters a positive, welcoming environment.

- Skills & Qualifications

- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
