Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support
• Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and distribute office memos, emails, and reports.
• Client Interaction
• Attend to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide information about the company's services and products.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
• Coordination and Communication
• Act as a point of contact between departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office requirements.
• Facilitate internal communication to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Management
• Manage and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle inventory management and office supplies.
• Compliance and Reporting
• Assist in ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.
• Generate regular reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polite, professional demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.
