Key Responsibilities:



Operations Support



Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and ensure smooth office functioning. Maintain records, databases, and documentation as per company standards. Coordinate with internal teams for task tracking, project follow-ups, and execution. Assist in logistics, scheduling meetings, handling emails, and internal communications. Support HR in managing attendance, onboarding paperwork, and compliance processes.

Business Development Support



Assist the BD manager in generating leads through online research, cold calling, or LinkedIn outreach. Help prepare presentations, proposals, and follow-up emails for clients. Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential leads and existing clients. Coordinate meetings, demos, and appointments between prospects and senior team members. Contribute ideas for outreach campaigns and marketing materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Gender:

Female candidates preferred for office management and coordination roles. Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, and online tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and willing to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in operations or business development is an advantage.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
