• Greeting visitors : Welcoming clients, customers, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing the reception area : Keeping the office tidy and ensuring the reception area is well-managed
• Handling mail and packages : Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Answering phone calls : Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Scheduling appointments : Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events
• Maintaining office supplies : Keeping office supplies organized and up to date
• Assisting with administrative tasks : Performing administrative tasks such as recording meeting minutes and dictations
• Providing information : Providing information about the company's products and services
• Maintaining records : Maintaining important documents, files, and records
• Supervising housekeeping : Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring all items are in stock
• Coordinating with other departments : Conferring and coordinating with other departments
• Front office executives should have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills, and be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. They should also have a general knowledge of computers and be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
